The founder is capped at $63 a month for life by his own Pledge. We do not take equity. We do not have an exit. We are governed by protocol.

Revenue model, with audit trail:

Margins: ~40-55% net per item after print + platform fees (Printful + Bonfire integration). At $25/tee that’s $10-13 net.
Where it goes: 100% of net revenue is reinvested into (a) the bug bounty pool, (b) AI-safety research grants, (c) the shared baseline that funds the next operator’s cold start.
What the founder gets: an operator’s share calculated by the same skill-weighted formula every other operator on the platform gets. Not a founder premium. Not equity. Not a path to a $100M exit. Read the structural commitments at sameasyou.ai/folk-hero.
What the designer gets: $50 per accepted design fixed-price PLUS a 10% permanent revenue-share on every unit of their designs sold, ever, paid via the same skill-weighted formula.
